Georgia coach Kirby Smart called backup safety Jake Pope's actions "just stupid" after the player was caught seemingly celebrating with Ole Miss fans on the field in the wake of the Rebels' 28-10 victory over the Bulldogs on Saturday.

A family was reunited during Saturday’s Ole Miss game at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford. Tierra Hall and Lt. Col. Rodney Hall, who have two children, were separated for eight months while Lt. Hall trained Ukrainian soldiers in Europe.

Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart exited in the first quarter of Saturday’s game against Georgia with an apparent left ankle injury before returning to the sideline. Dart was injured on a dropback as he threw a pass that was ultimately intercepted and had a noticeable limp as he walked off the field for further evaluation from team trainers.
