Impact Plastics did not notify TOSHA of workers’ deaths, report says
As of Wednesday night, TOSHA’s Chief Communication Officer Chris Cannon said Impact Plastics had yet to notify them of the employees’ deaths. “Tennessee law allows an employer eight hours to notify TOSHA of workplace fatalities,” Cannon said. “TOSHA has not received a fatality report from managers at Impact Plastics.”
