Palestinian officials say an Israeli strike hit a tent sheltering a displaced family in the central Gaza Strip, killing at least three people including the parents of twins.

The strike hit a house in the city of Jabaliya, which has repeatedly come under attack as the Israeli military has pressed an offensive in northern Gaza.

Israeli airstrikes killed dozens of people, including at least 20 children, across Gaza and Lebanon on Sunday, health authorities said, as the human toll of Israel’s parallel wars continued to climb.
