The shooting, which Worcester police called a “domestic incident,” happened Thursday. Police responded to Gingerbread Trail around 2:05 a.m., where they found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound, the statement said. A man at the scene was taken to the hospital with gunshot injuries, and was later pronounced dead.
