Myles Garrett showed the obvious effects of the injuries he's fighting after the Browns' loss to the Giants, but vowed to keep on playing.

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett exited the game against the New York Giants with a limp. Garrett was injured during the fourth quarter. Garrett stayed down for a few moments as the stadium chanted his name. Garrett then limped to the medical tent. Garrett is questionable to return.

The 28-year-old had already revealed ahead of Sunday's matchup that he was dealing with multiple injuries in his feet that he'll have to continue managing throughout the season. Now it appears those ailments have compounded into others.
