Lifetime’s controversial documentary looking at the former talk show host's struggles with health and addiction ignited a legal feud over whether she had the capacity to consent to being in the project.

"The profits from the program should go to W.W.H.," the new 75-page complaint reads. "Who will need significant funding to provide proper medical care and supervision the rest of her life."

The complaint alleges Williams received "a paltry $82,000" for the two-part docuseries while the defendants have "made millions."

The suit comes nearly seven months after the controversial 'Where Is Wendy Williams?' documentary aired on Lifetime.
