The Houston Texans will have to wait for their starting running back to return to action. According to Ian Rapaport of NFL Network, Joe Mixon has been ruled out for Sunday’s Week 5 game against the Bills. He’s also missed Weeks 3 and 4 after injuring his ankle in Week 2.
