Yes , available year round. Only down for maintenance and or repairs as it is over 100 years old but very safe.

Hi --I just rode this incline in late April and shared a car with a man using a motorized wheelchair. No problem at all.Parking is available across the street atStation Square....there is a very small parking area next to the incline but not sure if the public can park there.Call their number at 412-442-2000 and ask about the parking. It's a wonderful experience.
